The enemy attempts to attack north along the Oskil River in the areas of Dvorichna, Novomlynsk, and Kindrashivka. Due to the inability to transfer heavy weaponry to the western bank, the enemy is forced to attack with infantry, which is suffering significant losses.
The 2nd Motorized Rifle Division of the 1st Tank Army is trying to expand breakthrough areas to the river by advancing along the eastern bank and unsuccessfully attempting to capture Kolisnykivka and Zahryzove.
The 4th Tank Division and the 27th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 1st Tank Army unsuccessfully try to advance on a rather broad front in the direction of Borova, periodically attacking from the Lozova-Pershotravneve line.

The enemy failed to fully capture the key area of Shevchenko–Burlatske–Pryvilne–Vilne Pole; however, by attacking intensively northward, the enemy managed to reach Vesele from the east, from the direction of Dniproenerhiya, though its attacks from Burlatske were unsuccessful.
On the Orikhiv direction, Russian forces attempted to advance east of Stepove, Mali Shcherbaky, and Shcherbaky towards Orikhiv, attacking near Kamianske and Lobkove. The enemy is concentrating forces near Kamianske for a further assault.
On the Prydniprovskyi direction, Russian forces attacked towards Prydniprovske and Sadove.
General conclusion:
On the Kupyansk direction, the command of the enemy’s 6th Combined Arms Army continues to establish an operational foothold north of Kupyansk but currently holds only four tactical bridgeheads on the western bank of the Oskil River, captured by the 69th Motorized Rifle Division.
The 6th Combined Arms Army and the 1st Tank Army advance on adjacent flanks. The 1st Tank Army delivers its main strike in the southern part of its operational zone toward Borova, while the 6th Combined Arms Army strikes north of Kupyansk, attempting to establish a foothold.
The 3rd and 144th Motorized Rifle Divisions of the 20th Combined Arms Army have merged their bridgeheads on the Chornyi Zherebets River, making significant advances on the Ivanivka–Nove and Ivanivka–Zelena Dolyna directions. The 144th Motorized Rifle Division shifted its main attack from Ivanivka–Kolodyazi to the north toward Drobysheve, pushing over 7 km into the defenses of the "Khortytsia" OSG near Nove, reaching the outskirts of Katerynivka northeast of Nove, and advancing 4 km toward Zelena Dolyna. The 3rd Motorized Rifle Division has been unable to advance toward Hrekivka.
The combat effectiveness of some Ukrainian Defense Forces units on the Lyman direction is concerning.
It is likely that the enemy command has temporarily abandoned an offensive on Lyman, instead facilitating the advance of the 3rd Motorized Rifle Division by reinforcing it with the neighboring 144th Motorized Rifle Division. This maneuver aims to outflank Ukrainian Defense Forces units in Hrekivka and southward, pushing them entirely off the eastern bank of the Chornyi Zherebets River.
On the opposite bank of the Chornyi Zherebets River, the 31st and 37th Motorized Rifle Regiments, along with the 19th Tank Regiment of the 67th Motorized Rifle Division of the 25th Combined Arms Army, launched attacks from north to south along the river toward Terny–Yampolivka and attempted to assault Yampolivka from the southeast to cut off the road between it and Torske. The 164th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 25th Combined Arms Army is preparing to attack south of Yampolivka. If the enemy reaches the Yampolivka–Torske line, it will significantly complicate the "Khortytsia" OSG’s defense of the Serebriansk Forest area.
Fighting on the Toretsk direction is intensifying, with Russian forces attacking on the flanks around Toretsk. Before launching an offensive on Kostyantynivka from the southeast and southwest, the enemy seeks to eliminate the salient in the Stara Mykolaivka–Sukha Balka–Oleksandropil–Kalynove area, which remains under control of Ukrainian Defense Forces. To accomplish this, the 8th Combined Arms Army command may deploy additional elements of the 150th Motorized Rifle Division, which is positioned in the 51st Combined Arms Army’s operational zone. The 51st Combined Arms Army’s formation was originally designed not for a breakthrough toward Kostyantynivka but for breaching "Khortytsia" OSG’s defenses northwest of Toretsk.
Assault units of the 110th and 114th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigades of the 51st Combined Arms Army, in coordination with the 36th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 29th Combined Arms Army, broke through from the east to the village of Rozlyv south of Kostyantynivka and entrenched there, significantly complicating "Khortytsia" OSG’s defense in Kostyantynivka itself. After failing to achieve success north of the Vovcha River in the Andriivka area, the enemy shifted its main strike southward.
On the Huliaypole direction, the enemy maintains a high intensity of attacks but has achieved no significant results, with minimal progress.

The 43rd Separate SOF Regiment, the 14th Separate SOF Brigade, the 656th Motorized Rifle Regiment, and part of the 36th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 29th Combined Arms Army operate toward Velyka Novosilka.
Possible operation situation developments:
The plan for the enemy's spring-summer offensive campaign in the Southwestern Theater of Operations may be as follows: a simultaneous breakthrough towards Kostyantynivka and Druzhkivka from the south and southeast (from the direction of Toretsk and Vozdvyzhenka), as well as from the northeast (from the direction of Chasiv Yar), followed by an advance towards Kramatorsk from the south while simultaneously advancing towards Slovyansk with the forces of the 20th and 25th Combined Arms Armies of the "Zapad (West)" Operational Grouping through Lyman.
In the near future, the command of the enemy's "Zapad (West)" Operational Grouping will focus on the Lyman direction, where the troops of the 20th and 25th Combined Arms Armies have achieved significant tactical success. It is expected that reinforcements and reserves allocated to the "Zapad (West)" Operational Grouping will primarily be directed to the operational zones of these two armies.
The enemy cannot establish a full-fledged buffer zone on the border of Kursk and Sumy Oblasts, so the simplest option may be an invasion of Sumy Oblast by a grouping of 22,000–27,000 military personnel along the Sumy–Sudzha highway within a 35–40 km-wide zone (stretching from Zhuravka to Myropillya). This territory has already been turned into a buffer zone by Ukrainian Defense Forces, which will greatly complicate enemy actions.
Ukrainian Defense Forces may launch an offensive in the direction of Lyman Pershyi – Horobivka – Tavilzhanka, which, if successful, will lead to either the enemy's rapid retreat from the Dvorichna bridgehead or its encirclement there. Such a development would result in the loss of combat capability of the entire enemy's 6th Combined Arms Army.
On the Kramatorsk direction, the envelopment of Chasiv Yar from the south by advancing toward Stupochky will be a priority for the command of the 3rd Combined Arms Army and the 98th Airborne Division of the enemy.
The operational plan of the 8th Combined Arms Army on the Kostyantynivka direction is to envelop the tactical group of the "Khortytsia" OSG, which is defending south of Kostyantynivka between Oleksandropil and Tarasivka from the flanks. The enemy aims to encircle and destroy this group or, if unable to do so, force it to withdraw from the area south of Kostyantynivka in a northwestern direction under the threat of encirclement. The ultimate goal of these actions is a two-pronged breakthrough from the southwest and southeast toward the area of Stepanivka – Berestok – Pleshchiivka – Yablunivka, followed by a simultaneous assault on Kostyantynivka from this area and from the direction of Chasiv Yar. After the reaching the Poltavka–Pleshchiivka line, the enemy’s 3rd Combined Arms Army, reinforced by an airborne forces group, will attempt a rapid breakthrough from the bridgehead on the Siverskyi Donets–Donbas canal in the Chasiv Yar area, advancing from the northeast toward Kostyantynivka.
On the Novopavlivka direction, an offensive is expected to begin towards Rozdolne–Odradne or Rozdolne–Bahatyr, carried out by the 57th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 5th Combined Arms Army.

Activists from the "Yellow Ribbon" movement report that in schools in the temporarily occupied territories of the so-called "Luhansk People's Republic" and "Donetsk People's Republic," students are being indoctrinated with claims that VPN services "kill" their brains. They are taught that VPNs serve as "a gateway to the world of drugs, terrorism, extremism, and Ukrainization." In class group chats, parents are being asked to "check their children's phones for VPN applications."
