Operational situation
On the Kursk direction, battles continued in the areas of Nikolskiy, Sverdlivkovo, and Kurilovka. The enemy attempted to advance in the Kamyshovka area.
The "Siversk" Operational-Tactical Group (OTG) counterattacked near Kurylivka.
On the Kharkiv direction, Russian forces unsuccessfully attacked near Lyptsi and Vovchansk.
On the Kupyansk direction, Russian forces advanced toward Dovhenke, Doroshivka, Novoplatonivka, and near Petropavlivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Pishchane, Hlushkivka, Novoosynove, Zahryzove, Bohuslavka, Nova Kruhlyakivka, Novoserhiyivka, Novoyehorivka, and Hrekivka, captured Fyholivka, fought for Topoli, and attempted to advance north of Dvorichna, between Dvorichna and Zapadne, south of Zapadne, and west of Kalynove.
On the Lyman direction, Russian forces advanced near Novomykhailivka, Novolyubivka, Zarichne, Kolodyazi, Yampolivka, toward Nove, and in the Serebriansk Forest area.
On the Siversk direction, Russian forces continued assaults near Hryhorivka, toward Dronivka, in the areas of Verkhnyokamianske and Ivano-Dariivka.
On the Kramatorsk direction, Russian forces attacked near and within Chasiv Yar, near Vasyukivka, and near Stupochky.
On the Toretsk direction, Russian forces continued attacks in Toretsk, near Krymske, Shcherbynivka, Novospaske, and Leonidivka, advanced southwest of Leonidivka and along Zhovtneva Street in Toretsk.
Ukrainian Defense Forces counterattacked near Shcherbynivka and in Toretsk.
On the Pokrovsk direction, Russian forces attacked near Vodyane Druhe, Tarasivka, Malynivka, Myroliubivka, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Lysivka, Novoukrainka, Zvirove, Pishchane, Kotlyne, Udachne, Uspenivka, Nadiivka, Yasenove, and Zaporizhzhia. The enemy is attempting to enter Preobrazhenka and Tarasivka, advance near Uspenivka and Udachne, in the southern part of Kotlyne, and east of Pishchane.
Ukrainian Defense Forces counterattacked near Pishchane, near Lysivka, Kotlyne, and northeast of Shevchenkove.
On the Novopavlivka direction, Russian forces attacked near Oleksiivka, Konstyantynopil, Ulakly, Andriivka, Dachne, Zelenivka, and Bahatyr.
Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled an assault near Bahatyr and Konstyantynopil, but Russian forces captured Zelenivka and advanced along the H15 highway from Kurakhove to Dachne to Konstyantynopil, advancing into the northern part of Andriivka.
On the Huliaypole direction, Russian forces advanced near Novyi Komar, Novoocheretuvate, Burlatske, Novosilka, and Rivnopil, reaching the southern outskirts of Novosilka and southeast of Novoocheretuvate. The enemy is fighting for Novosilka, attempting to advance east of the village, west of Novyi Komar, and enter Novoocheretuvate.
Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled an enemy attack near Velyka Novosilka.
On the Orikhiv direction, Russian forces advanced near Shcherbaky, Nesteryanka, Novoandriivka, Pyatykhatky, and Maly Shcherbaky.
General conclusion:
The enemy demonstrated the highest activity on the Novopavlivka direction, near Andriivka, advancing from Ulakly toward Konstyantynopil along the H15 highway.
On the Huliaypole direction, the enemy made advances toward Burlatske.
The 102nd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 150th Motorized Rifle Division of the 8th Combined Arms Army used the "Kukushka" UAV, which is satellite-controlled, for the first time near Dachne (west of Kurakhove). The UAV flew 16 km, dropped a 4.5 kg munition on the target, and returned to base. The UAV's payload capacity is 35 kg.

There were 122 combat engagements on various fronts.
On the Kharkiv direction, the enemy stormed Ukrainian positions near Vovchansk and Topoli. Ukrainian Defense Forces successfully repelled three enemy attempts to advance.
On the Kupyansk direction, the enemy conducted nine attacks near Petropavlivka, Hlushkivka, Zahryzove, and toward Novoosynove. Ukrainian units repelled all enemy attacks.
On the Lyman direction, Russian invaders assaulted Ukrainian Defense Forces' positions six times near Hrekivka, Zarichne, and Yampolivka but were repelled.
On the Siversk direction, the enemy attacked toward Bilohorivka without success.
On the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy attacked near Chasiv Yar and Vasyukivka. Two attempts by Russian forces to push Ukrainian Defense Forces from their positions failed.
On the Toretsk direction, there were five combat clashes. The enemy stormed Ukrainian positions near Toretsk.
On the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy attacked 44 times in the areas of Myroliubivka, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Lysivka, Novoukrainka, Pishchane, Kotlyne, Udachne, Uspenivka, Nadiivka, Yasenove, Ulakly, Andriivka, and Dachne. Thirty-six assaults were repelled.
On the Novopavlivka direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 21 enemy attacks near Novosilka, Rivnopil, Novyi Komar, and toward Konstyantynopil and Burlatske.
On the Orikhiv Direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled two attacks near Shcherbaky and Nesteryanka.
On the Kursk direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled eight enemy assaults.
In the Black Sea-Azov naval operational area, the enemy naval group on combat duty consists of:
Black Sea: 1 ship, including 1 cruise missile carrier; the total salvo is 4 cruise missiles.
Mediterranean Sea: 4 ships, including 3 cruise missile carriers; the total salvo is 26 cruise missiles.
Supporting operation:
Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Kropotkinskaya oil pumping station in Krasnodar Krai, the largest facility of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Changes in the enemy disposition:
The 155th Separate Marines Brigade of the Pacific Fleet and the 56th Air Assault Regiment of the 7th Air Assault Division operate in Kursk Oblast. The 1434th Motorized Rifle Regiment "Akhmat-Chechnya" of the 42nd Motorized Rifle Division of the 58th Combined Arms Army is deployed near Martynovka.
The 14th Separate SOF Brigade is active near Rozlyv. The 102nd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 150th Motorized Rifle Division of the 8th Combined Arms Army is present near Dachne. The 68th Separate Reconnaissance Battalion of the 20th Motorized Rifle Division of the 8th Combined Arms Army operates near Andriivka. The 8th Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade of the 5th Combined Arms Army has been deployed in the area of Konstyantynopil.
Possible operation situation developments:
Once the enemy sufficiently expands its bridgeheads on the Chornyi Zherebets River, the 25th Army, with forces of the 67th Motorized Rifle Division and the 164th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade, will sharply intensify actions toward Torske and Yampolivka. This will mark the second stage of pushing "Khortytsia" OSG out of the bridgehead east of the Chornyi Zherebets River on the Lyman direction.
On the Kramatorsk direction, the "Khortytsia" OSG units will be forced to retreat to the Kostyantynivka area if the enemy reaches the Chervone–Stupochky line and simultaneously launches an offensive northward at the junction of its 41st and 51st Combined Arms Armies from the Novooleksandrivka–Arkhanhelske line, advancing to the Yablunivka–Oleksandro-Kalynove line on the Toretsk direction.
The enemy’s “Yug (South)” Operational Grouping will receive three new operational zones and will advance as follows: the 3rd Army, reinforced by part of the Airborne Forces group (98th Airborne Division), will operate on the Siversk and Kramatorsk directions, while the 51st Army will advance on the Toretsk direction. From the Novopavlivka direction, the regrouping of the 8th Army (20th and 150th Motorized Rifle Divisions) is being finalized. The 8th Army's operational plan may involve an envelopment maneuver targeting the tactical group of Ukrainian Defense Forces defending south of Kostyantynivka, between Oleksandropil and Tarasivka. The enemy will attempt to encircle and destroy this group or, if unsuccessful, push it out of the area south of Kostyantynivka toward the northwest under the threat of encirclement. The ultimate objective may be a two-pronged breakthrough from the southwest and southeast into the area of Stepanivka – Berestok – Pleshchiivka – Yablunivka (by the 8th Army and 51st Army), after which the 3rd Army will simultaneously assault Kostyantynivka from this area and from the direction of Chasiv Yar.

Humanitarian + general:
Since the evening of February 17, Russian forces have attacked Ukraine with 176 Shahed-type strike UAVs and various types of decoy drones. As of 9:00 AM, 103 strike UAVs have been confirmed shot down. Sixty-seven enemy decoy drones were lost from radars (without negative consequences). The attack affected Kirovohrad, Kharkiv, Kyiv, and Cherkasy Oblasts.
On the night of February 18, a Russian drone struck a residential apartment building in the city of Dolynska, Kropyvnytskyi District, Kirovohrad Oblast, causing a fire. One adult and two children were injured.
In Kostyantynivka, Donetsk Oblast, Russian FPV drone strikes injured five people, including two rescuers, two police officers, and the head of the Kostiantynivka Military-Civil Administration.
At 1:30 PM, the Russian army launched a drone strike on Kindiyka, Kherson Oblast, injuring a 62-year-old man who is in critical condition. A second strike on the same village injured a 53-year-old civilian. Around 12:30 PM, the enemy shelled Sadove in Kherson Oblast with artillery. A 63-year-old man sustained a blast injury and a head contusion.
Thirty Ukrainian journalists and 30 military orchestra members, including international competition winners, composers, conductors, and talented vocalists, are being held captive by Russia.
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine has conducted 75 repatriations and returned home the remains of 7,017 fallen defenders.

On February 19, Ukraine will implement electricity consumption restrictions for industry and businesses. Restriction hours: 06:00 – 09:00 and 15:00 – 22:00. The reason is damage to energy infrastructure caused by Russian missile and drone attacks.
Mobilization measures have begun in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk Oblast. The leader of the so-called “DNR,” Denys Pushilin, signed an order preparing the population for service in the Russian military, according to the National Resistance Center of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense. The occupation administration is attempting to conceal these mobilization measures by officially basing the document on Russian reservist training regulations, yet the text does not mention reservists. This is part of the occupiers’ strategy to disguise forced mobilization, per the Center.
