Operational situation
On the Kursk direction, fighting continues near Sverdlikovo and Cherkasskaya Konopelka. The “Siversk” Operational Tactical Group (OTG) attacked near Kurilivka.
On the Kharkiv direction, Russian forces attempted to advance on the eastern outskirts of Vovchansk.
On the Kupyansk direction, Russian forces were advancing in the area of Holubivka, Petropavlivka, Stepova Novoselivka, Pishchane, Novoosynove, Kolisknykivka, Zahryzove, Lozova, near Kopanky, in the area of Hrekivka and Novomykhailivka, advanced near Kindrashivka, west of Pershotravneve, and west of Makiivka.
On the Lyman direction, Russian forces were advancing in the area of Yampolivka, Novolyubivka, and Kolodiyazi, and advanced near Novolyubivka.
On the Siversk direction, Russian forces advanced in the area of Bilohorivka and Verkhnokamianske, and advanced southeast of Fedorivka.
On the Kramatorsk direction, Russian forces continued their offensive near Chasiv Yar, near Vasyuky, but did not advance.
On the Toretsk direction, Russian forces continued their offensive towards Toretsk, in the areas of Shcherybivka and Sukha Balka, but did not advance. The enemy is making efforts to advance to the northeast and north of Toretsk, on the southern outskirts of Shcherybivka, south of Petrivka, southwest of Leonidivka, and east of Valentynivka. Ukrainian Defense Forces counterattacked on the outskirts of Toretsk.
On the Pokrovsk direction, Russian forces were advancing near Zelene Pole, Vodyane Druhe, Tarasivka, Yelyzavetivka, Malynivka, Promin, Lysyivka, Zvirove, Pishchane, Udachne, Nadiivka, Zaporizhzhia, Preobrazhenka, and Uspenivka, but did not advance anywhere. Fighting continues south and southwest of Pokrovsk.
The enemy is fighting for Vodyane Druhe, Berezivka, in Udachne, attempting to advance towards Baranivka, Zelene Pole, Oleksandropil, Preobrazhenka, and near Sribne, trying to regain lost positions in the industrial zone of Pishchane and north of Kotlyne.
On the Novopavlivka direction, Russian forces unsuccessfully attacked in the area of Andriivka, Shevchenkove, Dachne, Ulakly, Konstyantynopil, Oleksiivka, Rozlyv, Bahatyr, Zelenivka. The enemy is trying to advance northwest of Zelenivka, north of Andriivka, southwest of Dachne, and west of Slovyanka.
On the Huliaypole direction, Russian forces unsuccessfully attacked near Novoocheretuvate, on Burlsake, tried to advance near Novyi Komar and northwest and west of Vremivka.
On the Orikhiv direction, Russian forces continued attacks near Shcherbaky, Kamyanske, and near Mala Tokmachka, but did not advance. The 135th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 19th Motorized Rifle Division of the 58th Combined Arms Army attacked Ukrainian positions in the area through which the IAEA experts were planning to pass.

General conclusion:
On the Kupyansk direction, the enemy is making efforts to expand the foothold in the area of Dvorichna towards Fiholivka.
On the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy is trying to advance in Andriivka and Dachne, making efforts to eliminate the remnants of the Kurakhove bridgrhead of Ukrainian Defense Forces.
On the Hulyaipole direction, the enemy is bypassing Velyka Novosilka from the west towards Burlatske, moving parallel to the administrative border of Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia Oblasts, without attempting to advance in the western direction.
Change in the line of contact (LoC):
There were 113 combat engagements on various fronts.
On the Kupyansk direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled assault actions near Holubivka and Zahryzove, where 4 enemy attacks occurred.
On the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 7 times, attempting to break into the Ukrainian defense near Hrekivka, Novolyubivka, Yampolivka, and Kolodiyazi.
On the Siversk direction, one enemy assault was repelled in the area of Bilohorivka.
On the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked 5 times near Chasiv Yar.
On the Toretsk direction, the enemy made 14 attacks in the areas of Toretsk, Krymske, and Shcherybivka.
On the Pokrovsk direction, 38 aggressor attacks were repelled in the areas of Sukha Balka, Tarasivka, Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Lysivka, Udachne, Uspenivka, Nadiivka, Andriivka, and Dachne.
On the Novopavlivka direction, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 16 enemy attacks. The occupiers tried most actively to advance near Zeleniivka and towards Burlsake.
On the Huliaypole direction, Ukrainian Drfense Forces repelled an enemy attack towards Novosilka.
In the operational zone in Kursk Oblast, 23 combat engagements took place, the enemy launched 51 aviation and one missile strike.
In the Black Sea-Azov naval operational area, the enemy naval group on combat duty consists of:
Mediterranean Sea: 4 ships, including 3 cruise missile carriers; the total salvo is 26 cruise missiles.
Supporting operation:
Ukrainian Defense Forces struck with a UAV at the oil pumping station 'Andreepol,' one of the key points of the 'Baltic Pipeline System-2,' in the village of Yerokhino, Tver Oblast. The operator communication node and the electrical switchboard were damaged.
Changes in the enemy disposition:
The 1442nd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 6th Motorized Rifle Division of the 3rd Army Corps operates near Predtechine.
The 109th Rifle Regiment of the 1st Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 51st Army Corps operates in Toretsk.
The 944th Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment of the 20th Motorized Rifle Division of the 8th Army Corps operates near Kostyantynivka, and the 39th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 68th Army Corps operates near Ulakly.
Possible operation situation developments:
Once the enemy sufficiently expands its bridgeheads on the Chornyi Zherebets River, the 25th Army, with forces of the 67th Motorized Rifle Division and the 164th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade, will sharply intensify actions toward Torske and Yampolivka. This will mark the second stage of pushing "Khortytsia" OSG out of the bridgehead east of the Chornyi Zherebets River on the Lyman direction. To implement this plan, the command of "Zapad (West)" Operational Grouping will need to expand the bridgehead on the Chornyi Zherebets River to a size sufficient for concentrating an assault grouping and find additional forces and resources.
On the Kramatorsk direction, the "Khortytsia" OSG units will be forced to retreat to the Kostyantynivka area if the enemy reaches the Chervone–Stupochky line and simultaneously launches an offensive northward at the junction of its 41st and 51st Combined Arms Armies from the Novooleksandrivka–Arkhanhelske line, advancing to the Yablunivka–Oleksandro-Kalynove line on the Toretsk direction.
Significant troop regrouping should be expected soon in the operational zones of the “Tsentr (Center)” Operational Grouping and the “Yug (South) )” Operational Grouping.
The command of the enemy's "Vostok (East)" Operational Grouping will continue attacks in the direction of the Donetsk–Zaporizhzhia highway along the Mokri Yaly River in the near future and will additionally deploy part of the units from the 60th and 34th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigades into the operation.
Exhausted by losses and intense battles over the past month, the enemy will not be able to quickly pursue "Khortytsia" OSG whose units are retreating from Velyka Novosilka. More and more enemy units are being withdrawn and redeployed to the Pokrovsk direction. Additionally, the enemy will not be able to break through to Zaporizhzhia or Dnipropetrovsk oblasts, as they lack the necessary troops, funds, and resources. The plan to collapse the southern Ukrainian front and advance toward Zaporizhzhia is unfeasible for the same reason.
On the Novopavlivka direction, two possible scenarios may develop: either the 20th or 150th Motorized Rifle Division of the 8th Combined Arms Army will be redeployed at the right time to the operational zone of the 3rd Combined Arms Army on the Kramatorsk direction, or, after eliminating the remnants of the Kurakhove bridgehead, both divisions will be deployed near Pokrovsk.
In the near future, the enemy may shift the direction of its attacks on the southern flank of the remnants of the Kurakhove bridgehead from Ulakly and Dachne further west, toward Konstyantynopil, Rozlyv, and Bahatyr, and introduce the 57th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade into the operation in this direction.
If the Russian military command plans to prioritize the capture of the "fortress belt" in Donetsk Oblast in the spring and summer of 2025, it will be forced to intensify operational activity on the Toretsk direction in the near future. At the same time, capturing Pokrovsk will remain the primary operational objective of the Russian military command in Donetsk Oblast. Consequently, the redeployment of Eastern Military District troops to the Toretsk or Kramatorsk directions would signify a shift in the operational priorities of the occupying forces.

Humanitarian + general:
Russian forces attacked Ukraine overnoght on February 13-14 with 133 Shahed-type strike UAVs and decoy drones of various types; 73 drones were destroyed, and 58 were lost from radar. As a result of the enemy attack, Kyiv, Sumy, Chernihiv, Odesa, and Kharkiv Oblasts were affected.
On the night of February 14, a Russian strike UAV with a fragmentation warhead hit the shelter of the 4th energy block of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. The radiation level did not increase, as reported by President Zelensky. According to initial estimates, the damage to the shelter is significant. Inside and near the shelter, the SBU discovered fragments of the Russian UAV's fuselage with a warhead and a serial number.
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) confirmed the explosion at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant on the night of February 14. The drone hit the roof of the isolation structure of the new protective shell that covers the destroyed fourth reactor at Chernobyl.
One person was killed, and another was injured as a result of a Russian airstrike on the residential sector of the village of Shevchenko, in the Volnovakha district of Donetsk Oblast. Private residential houses were destroyed.
In Kherson Oblast, a man was killed in the village of Zolota Balka due to an enemy drone attack.
The Russian army attacked Hulyaipole in Zaporizhzhia Oblastwith guided aviation bombs, injuring an elderly woman.
Russian forces attacked the Nikopol district of Dnipropetrovsk Oblastwith drones and artillery more than 15 times on February 14, damaging infrastructure, residential buildings, and power lines.
As a result of repatriation measures conducted on February 14, the bodies of 757 fallen defenders were returned to Ukraine.
The Russian occupation authorities are intensifying military registration, starting with those still at school, and forcibly mobilizing men in the temporarily occupied territories. The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense emphasized that Russia has a large mobilization resource, but the occupiers are taking people from temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories to the war to create genocide there.
Experts from the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons thoroughly analyzed the materials provided by Ukraine, including four Russian RGD-5 grenades and corresponding samples of soil and grass. As a result, two independent certified laboratories of the Organization confirmed that the evidence provided by Ukraine contained CS, a substance used in crowd control agents. From February 2023 to February 2025, 6,129 cases of the use of munitions containing dangerous chemical substances by Russian occupiers were documented, as reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
