The situation for Russian troops in the Kindrativka and Yunakivka areas is worsening; the commander of the 810th Separate Marine Brigade was denied withdrawal to more favorable positions north of the reservoir to the north of Kindrativka and Yunakivka. Russian troops are retreating and do not have pre-prepared positions to continue the defense. The retreat is disorganized.

According to the assessment of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, the enemy will not be able to achieve the goal of the so-called special military operation to capture the entire Donetsk Oblast by the end of 2025. Provided current dynamics of combat operations are maintained, the enemy will be able to capture Pokrovsk, Kostyantynivka, Druzhkivka, and Kupyansk no earlier than the end of the year, and reach the close approaches to Zaporizhzhia and the Sloviansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration by early winter.
The command of the enemy's “Sever (North)” Operational Grouping, in cooperation with the right flank of the “Zapad (West)” Operational Grouping, will expand its bridgehead northeast of Velykyi Burluk in the Southern Slobozhansky direction and will try to capture Khatnie.
On the Kupyansk direction, the enemy's immediate offensive objective is to block the city of Kupyansk from the north and northwest, cut off the Kupyansk – Dvorichna – Velykyi Burluk – Chuhuiv road, and have forward units of the 6th Combined Arms Army break through to Kupyansk. Russian troops will try to cut off the H20 Kostyantynivka – Sloviansk highway. For this purpose they will attack in the directions of Oleksiyevo-Druzhkivka and Druzhkivka, complicating the logistics of the 19th Combined Arms Corps of the Defense Forces in Kostyantynivka, thereby contributing to the capture of the "fortress belt."

Humanitarian + general:
On the night of September 13, Russia attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missile and 164 strike drones of the Shahed, Gerbera, and other types, of which about 90 were "Shaheds." As of 9:00, air defense shot down and suppressed 137 enemy UAVs. A missile and 27 strike drones hitting nine locations were recorded, as were the falling fragments of shot-down targets at three locations.
Since the evening of September 12, Russian troops attacked the Nikopol and Synelnykove districts of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, as a result of which two men were injured. The enemy struck the Synelnykove district with drones and guided aerial bombs; a combine harvester, an administrative building, and a private house caught fire. On September 13, 2025, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck Kostiantynivka with barrel artillery and Smerch MLRS for 50 minutes. The residential district once again came under enemy fire. As a result of the attack, three city residents, aged 33, 76, and 78, died, and 7 more residents were injured.
On September 3 around 11:00, Russian occupiers dropped guided aerial bombs on the populated locality of Borova in the Kharkiv Oblast and shelled it with a multiple launch rocket system, as a result of which one man died and two more were injured. Residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged.
In the afternoon on September 13, Kramatorsk came under an enemy UAV attack. Using three strike UAVs, according to preliminary information V2U, Russian troops struck three gas stations in the city. A girl born in 2006 was injured and hospitalized.
Around 17:00, Russian troops attacked the village of Inhulets in the Kherson Oblast with guided aerial bombs. As a result of the explosions, four women were injured.
Russian troops attacked the city of Semenivka in the Chernihiv Oblast with strike drones. One local resident was injured, and seven populated localities were left without electricity.
Throughout the day, the enemy conducted almost 40 attacks on the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast; the district center, and the Marhanets, Myriv, and Pokrovsk communities came under attack. The aggressor used drones and artillery. As a result of the shelling, five people were injured, including a 13-year-old boy and a 37-year-old woman, who were hospitalized.
