General conclusion:
Ukrainain Defense Forces lack the necessary air defense capabilities on the Kharkiv direction to protect against air strikes.
Russian forces are still trying to create a "buffer zone" to conduct artillery strikes on the city of Kharkiv, but significant losses complicate this task. The enemy is focusing its efforts on battles in the Vovchansk area and has intensified offensive actions towards Lyptsi and Starytsya. However, they do not have the necessary offensive potential, are forced to regroup, replenish troops that have lost combat capability, improve material and technical support, and train assault groups in their rear.
The arrival of military-technical assistance from partners to the front line has allowed the Ukrainian Defense Forces to stabilize critical sections of the front and carry out tactically important and successful counterattacks in the northern part of Kharkiv Oblast and towards Kreminna.
The increasingly frequent use of separate battalion tactical groups (BTGs) by the enemy, detached from the main forces of their military units, is a consequence of the Ukrainian Defense Forces' counterattacks and an indicator of the instability of the frontline.

Possible operation situation developments:
On the Kupyansk direction, in the operational zone of the 1st Tank Army, command of the enemy's "Zapad (West)" Operational Grouping will attempt to reach the Oskil River in the Hlushkivka – Zahryzove sector, the Petropavlivka – Kurylivka line, and storm Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi railway junction. This assumption is supported he enemy's increased activity specifically on the flanks (Synkivka – Petropavlivka and Pishchane – Kolisnykivka directions). To bind the “Khortytsia" OSG forces, the enemy will exert frontal pressure on their positions in the Stepova Novoselivka area.
The enemy has completed the formation of a tactical group consisting of the 252nd Motorized Rifle Regiment, 237th Tank Regiment of the 3rd Motorized Rifle Division, 283rd Motorized Rifle Regiment, and 59th Tank Regiment of the 144th Motorized Rifle Division.
